These dresses have two rows of white ruffles and an empire style top.  It has elastic around the wrists of the sleeves.
 
Free embroidered name or monogram with the purchase.  Unless otherwise stated with name/monogram will be done in white.  Because of the design at the top of the dress a single initial looks the best.
